Prior to Founding NIRA Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Glimidakis has worked at Shorenstein and Associates, and subsequently left Shorenstein to join Jerry Black, who was Shorenstein and Associates Senior Broker for nearly 50 years., to form Jerry Black and Associates in San Francisco and New York City where his responsibilities included commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Prior to Shorenstein and Associates, Mr. Glimidakis worked with Glimidakis Properties & Investments, in San Francisco, where he managed, and currently manages a real estate family trust that has grown in value from 5,500,000 to over 50,000,000 in real estate holdings in the time he has been managing his family’s properties. His current duties include, but are not limited to, negotiating purchases, lease buy backs, and commercial leaseholds with fortune 500 companies like Goldman Sachs, CB Richard Ellis, Starbucks, Subway Sandwiches, IHOP, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Unilab, Farmers Insurance, and many more. His responsibilities have included execution of assorted companies debt capital markets nationwide, including mortgage financings, partnership credit lines, hedging arrangements, and Initial Public Offerings. Current management duties also include the management or ownership of personally owned commercial and residential real estate.

As an Advisor at Blackwater Capital Group, out of their Santa Monica office, Mr. Glimidakis was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing capital, debt equity and debt conversion transactions in the Western, and Eastern United States, for both, Private and Publicly Traded Companies, with particular focus on San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.
Glimidakis co-founded (with Herb Suvaco, now Sr. Managing Director, Discover Financial) then sold Haskell Properties, D.B.A. Haskell Financial Group. Representing and negotiating with residential, commercial, and institutional buyers, sellers, investors, and borrowers, on a day to day basis, negotiating transactions in the field of real estate, real estate finance, fixed asset syndication, and commercial mortgage back security pools for institutional investors. In addition, he regularly prepares and submits asset based, private money transactions, to a fully capitalized mortgage pool of 100,000,000 that provides fixed asset syndication to investors, yielding these investors an internal rate of return of nearly 12% annually.
NIRA Petroleum, which was founded by Nikos Glimidakis, has the distinction normally reserved for Institutional Investors in that NIRA Petroleum owns 100% of the controlling block of an OTCBB Publicly Traded entity.

Nikos Glimidakis graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science Degree, with an emphasis in Finance.
